LIGABUE -“SETTE NOTTI IN ARENA” (Warner Bros)

After the great success of Ligabue’s concerts in Arena di Verona during 2008, it has been released on Warner Bros label a special music box titled “Sette Notti In Arena”, that makes the extraordinary show of Ligabue and the Arena’s Orchestra (conducted by M° Marco Sabiu) live again.
The smart digipack packaging contains a DVD and a CD plus the booklet.
The first one, lasting 125 minutes, reproposes the images of the whole concert following exactly the 23 songs of the track list, more extra contents.
The second one includes 13 songs played by Ligabue together with the Orchestra.
Ligabue will be again on tour, from 24th September to 3rd October, for further 7 dates to the Arena di Verona, accompanied by the Orchestra.



ALESSANDRA AMOROSO -“STUPIDA” (Sony Music)

It has been released on Sony label Alessandra Amoroso’s EP (gold record before the release, with more than 35 thousand copies booked) entitled “Stupida”.
The EP contains 7 songs, some of them are totally new and never listened before, and others have been already performed during “Amici”. Among these there’s also “Stupida” (written by Federica Camba, Daniele Coro and Diego Calvetti, exclusive writers of Warner Chappell), the song that during the last evening of “Amici” emphasized the extraordinary “black” voice of Alessandra, bringing her at the triumphal victory of the talent show. It was inevitable that this song gave the title to the album, becoming also the first single.
Besides to “Stupida”, the new songs of this EP are “Splendida Follia” (Camba, Coro, Calvetti, Cecere); “Immobile” (Camba, Coro) - one of the most important hits contained in the compilation entitled “Scialla” and the most downloaded song from the digital stores; “Stella Incantevole” (Camba, Coro, Calvetti, Vinci); “Da Qui” (Camba, Coro, Calvetti, Cecere, Rosati); “X Ora, X Un Po’”; “E’ Ora Di Te”, Italian version of “Find A Way” one of Alessandra’s “warhorse”.



NOEMI -“FIRST EP” (Sony)
It has been released by Sony Music the first EP by Noemi, X-Factor revelation, which contains 4 new songs and 2 cover versions. The first single of the album is titled “Briciole” written by Diego Calvetti, Marco Ciappelli (both Warner Chappell exclusive writers) and Francesco Sighieri.
“Briciole” is a blues song that emphasizes Noemi’s voice, which is deep and seductive.
The other new songs are “Vertigini” (M. Calò and G. Romanelli), “Credo A Ciò Che Vedo” (D. Calvetti, M. Ciappelli, F. Sighieri) and “Stelle Appiccicate” (L. Chiaravalli).
The two cover versions are “Albachiara” by Vasco Rossi and “Il Cielo In Una Stanza” by Gino Paoli, interpreted by Noemi with an impeccable and incisive style.



NOMADI -“ALLO SPECCHIO” (Atlantic)

After three years from the release of the latest studio album and from the triumphal attendance to Sanremo Festival in 2006, it has been released on April 3 the new Nomadi’s album, titled “Allo Specchio”.
The first single is “Lo Specchio Ti Riflette” (El Espejo Te Delata), first track of the CD in Italo-Spanish version, sung in duet with Jarabe De Palo. The Italian version of the same song closes the album.
“Allo Specchio” is, on Beppe Carletti’s opinion, the most beautiful record by Nomadi of the latest ten years: ten songs telling about life, love, sudden pains and the incapability of facing them, being always optimist in order to keep on dreaming, in spite of everything.



SANREMO 2009 -“COMPILATION” (RHINO RECORDS)

It has been released on Rhino Records label (Warner Music) the compilation of the 59th edition of Sanremo Festival.
All the artists attending the Festival, both belonging to the “Big” category and the ones belonging to “Emerging Artists” are contained in one double compilation.
This is a great news, allowing the buyers to listen with one CD to all the artists attending Sanremo Festival (except Afterhours).
The compilation will be sold through the traditional channels and also through the newsstands, as enclosure to the very popular magazine Sorrisi & Canzoni TV.



MARCO CARTA -“LA FORZA MIA” (Atlantic)

“La Forza Mia” is the new Marco Carta’s album, released in occasion of his attendance at Sanremo Festival 2009, on Atlantic (Warner Music); Marco Carta is the winner of Sanremo Festival in the “Artists” category, with the song “La Forza Mia”, that gives the title to the album, produced by Paolo Carta, who is also the writer of the winner song.
The album contains 11 new songs, telling about love and its joyful and melancholy inflexions.
“La Forza Mia” is also a videoclip set in London, in very suggestive locations.



ARISA -“SINCERITA’” (WARNER BROS)

It has been released on February 20 the debut album of Arisa, winner in the “New Comers” category at Sanremo Festival 2009, with the song “Sincerità”.
The album, with the homonymous title, is composed of 10 songs telling the musical Arisa’s world, made by simple and delicate sounds, like her voice, but also by ironic and realistic lyrics, love stories, jealousy and poetry of daily gestures.



DOLCENERA -“DOLCENERA NEL PAESE DELLE MERAVIGLIE” (Sony-Bmg)

“Dolcenera Nel Paese Delle Meraviglie” is the title of the new Dolcenera’s album, including “Il Mio Amore Unico”, the song presented at Sanremo Festival, that is also the first single of the album.
It includes twelve songs, plus a bonus track, for who buys the album on iTunes.
The style of this CD is pop – rock, but it’s very different from the three previous CD of Dolcenera.
In fact, she has not only changed her look, that is sunnier and brighter, but also her music.
No more sad and troubled songs, but positivity and optimism.



SAL DA VINCI -“NON RIESCO A FARTI INNAMORARE” (GGD Productions)

The new album of Sal Da Vinci is titled “Non Riesco A Farti Innamorare”, released on February 20 on GGD Productions label.
Sal Da Vinci attended the 59th edition of Sanremo Festival and he reached the third position in the “Artists” category, with the homonymous song; a rhythmic ballad, written by Sal, Vincenzo D’Agostino and Gigi D’Alessio, who has made a duet with him on Sanremo stage.
Sal Da Vinci, real name Salvatore Michael Sorrentino, is born in New York and leaves in Naples, where he is very popular: he has in fact already released five albums, ranging over from Neapolitans arias to pop music songs.



SIMONA MOLINARI -“EGOCENTRICA” (L’Isola Degli Artisti)

Simona Molinari (winner of “SanremoLab – Accademia della Canzone di Sanremo”) attended the Sanremo Festival 2009 with the song “Egocentrica”, music and lyrics written by Simona Molinari.
During Sanremo Festival the jazz songwriter made an entertaining and ironic duet on the Ariston stage with “the music lady” Ornella Vanoni.
The debut album, produced and arranged by Carlo Avarello, contains six new songs and six covers of classic tracks of the Italian and foreign music, in live acoustic versions.



KARIMA -“AMARE LE DIFFERENZE“ (Sony-Bmg)

With the attendance at Sanremo Festival in the “New Comers” category, Karima Ammar launches her debut album titled “Amare Le Differenze”.
The album contains the song presented at Sanremo Festival titled “Come In Ogni Ora”, written by Burt Bacharach, whose lyrics have been adapted in Italian language.
During the music contest Karima made a duet with the unmistakable voice of Mario Biondi, accompanied by Burt Bacharach at the piano.
This version is included in the CD, as well as the duet of Karima with Michael Baker of the song “Ho Bisogno Di Me”.



NEK -“UN’ALTRA DIREZIONE” (WARNER BROS)

After more than two years from the previous album, NEK comes back with a CD of new songs titled “Un’Altra Direzione” (the tenth of his career).
The album is available in two formats: a standard version with 12 songs, plus “Walking Away”, duet with Craig David, and a special version containing 6 songs at the special price of 9.90 Euro.
During the month of March it will be released the Spanish version for the Latin markets.
Always on March Nek will be in concert with “Un’Altra Direzione Tour”, that will be held in the theatres of the main Italian towns.



ANNA TATANGELO -“NEL MONDO DELLE DONNE” (GGD Productions)

It has been released a new album of Anna Tatangelo entitled “Nel Mondo Delle Donne”; it’s the fourth album of the singer and the second one on GGD Productions label.
All the eleven songs tell the feminine universe, speaking about important themes such as motherhood, anorexia, violence against women.
The album has been anticipated by the single “Profumo Di Mamma”, a samba song written by Gigi D’Alessio and Adriano Pennino, who has signed also the composition titled “Adesso”, dedicated to anorexia.
The track “Sarai” is written by Pino Daniele and Gigi D’Alessio, who sings the song in duet with Anna.The cover versions in this album are two: “Anna Verrà” by Pino Daniele and “Il Posto Mio” sung by Domenico Modugno, written by Alberto Testa and Tony Renis.



LAURA PAUSINI -“PRIMAVERA IN ANTICIPO” (Atlantic)

“Primavera In Anticipo” is the new Laura Pausini’s album, after 4 years from “Resta In Ascolto”, just released world wide on November 14 by Warner Music on Atlantic label.
It contains 14 songs - “Invece No” is the first single written by Laura Pausini, Paolo Carta and Niccolò Agliardi.
The second single will be “Primavera In Anticipo (it is my song)” a suggestive duet with James Blunt.

The third album of Marta Sui Tubi is titled “Sushi E Coca” and is released on Tamburi Usati label, the anagram of Marta Sui Tubi.
The record arrives after the release of “Nudi E Crudi” dvd, including the song “L’Unica Cosa”, the single which anticipated the album, that now we find in the CD, where there are 12 tracks proving the evolution of the band, live recorded and mixed by Takedo Gohara at the Officine Meccaniche in Milan.



GIGI D’ALESSIO -“QUESTO SONO IO” (GGD Productions)

It has been released on October 24 the new album by Gigi D’Alessio entitled “Questo Sono Io”, released on his label GGD Productions (Sony-Bmg distribution).
The song “Superamore” is the single chosen by Gigi D’Alessio to present this new work which, like for the other 9 songs contained in the Cd, boasts the participation of names as Neil Stubenhaus (who worked with Barbra Streisand), John Robinson (who works with Madonna and Eric Clapton) and the London Symphony Orchestra.
Among the songs included in the album, we find “Babbo Natale Non C’è” title track of “No Problem” the new movie by Vincenzo Salemme and “Giorni” theme song of “Amici 8”.



CESARE CREMONINI -“IL PRIMO BACIO SULLA LUNA” (Warner Bros)

The new Cesare Cremonini’s album is titled “Il Primo Bacio Sulla Luna”, his third solo album (the fourth one considering “Squerèz?” with Lùnapop).
The album has been launched by the single “Dicono Di Me” with a video in high rotation on All Music and MTV channels; the second single entitled “Le Sei E Ventisei” is now in radio rotation and is also a videoclip, taken in Paris, directed by Gaetano Borbioli (director of Pausini, Pezzali and many others).
“Il Primo Bacio Sulla Luna” has been recorded at Air Studios and Mille Galassie Studios by Steve Orchard and mastered at Sterling Sound Studio by Ted Jensen with arrangements orchestrated by the London Session Orchestra, conducted by Nick Ingman.
This record includes songs with International and pop sonority, with great potentiality to become radio hits.

After three years from the release of “Clepto-manie” album, Sugarfree comes back with a new album titled “Argento”, including the song “Scusa Ma Ti Chiamo Amore”, synchronized in the original soundtrack to the homonymous movie by Federico Moccia, that greatly relaunched the band last winter.
Sugrafree comes back with their melodic and spirited pop, confirming personal capability of arrangement and elaboration. The 11 songs of this album, whose first single is “Splendida”, remind Sicilian atmospheres, a sunny rock with electro and latin-folk sonority.



DOMENICO PROTINO -“DEBUT ALBUM” (Progetto Musica)

Domenico Protino made himself known at Viña del Mar Festival in Chile, where he was the only representative from Italy, and where he won two “gaviotas de plata”, award as best composer and award as best interpreter, with the song “La Guerra Dei Trent’Anni”.
From this experience his professional career has started, with his current producer Maurizio Dinelli (Nomadi’s manager), and with the release of his first homonymous CD album titled “Domenico Protino”, both in Italian language for the National market and in Spanish language for the Latin-American market.



MONDO MARCIO -“IN COSA CREDI” NEW MIXTAPE

“In Cosa Credi” is the new Mondo Marcio’s mixtape, produced by his label named La Mondo Records. “Tutto Può Cambiare” is the first single: this song has been written by Pier Cortese and Mondo Marcio during a writers workshop organized by Warner Chappell. The result of this extraordinary collaboration is a track,that is very different from Mondo’s standards, more melodic and very refined.
The mixtape is composed by 15 new songs, fully representing Mondo Marcio’s spirit and his artistic profile. The album in fact contains many featuring, with hip-hop underground Italian personalities, and not only, such as Cor Veleno, Nesli, Jack The Smoker and others.



MEG -“PSYCHODELICE”

“Psychodelice” is the title of the second album by Meg (ex singer of 99 Posse band), an electronic pop album, thanks also to the production by Stefano Fontana alias Stylophonic, with very introspective lyrics. The cd has a very particular fuchsia coloured packaging.
The title is a merger between the word “psyche” and the word “delice” (delight), two elements mixed together not only in the graphics but also in Meg’s new songs.
“Distante” is the first single of the album, a techno-pop song, catchy, haunting and enthralling.



LIGABUE -“SECONDO TEMPO” (Warner Music)

It has been released on May 30 by Warner Music the new Ligabue’s CD album titled “Secondo Tempo”, the second part of the first Greatest Hits of Ligabue’s career; the first part is “Primo Tempo” Cd album, released on November 2007, which got great sales. “Secondo Tempo” contains 15 songs pertaining to the period from 1996 to 2005, plus three unreleased songs: “Il Centro Del Mondo” (first single) “Il Mio Pensiero” (second single) and “Ho Ancora La Forza” (written some time ago by Luciano together with Francesco Guccini, that Ligabue has re-arranged).
The format is the same as “Primo Tempo”: a CD containing the songs of the “Best Of” plus a DVD containing the respective videoclips.
Ligabue will be in tour from July 4 to July 26 in the main Italian soccer stadiums and on September he will hold seven dates at the Verona’s Arena.
