 | RADIOHEAD TEAMS WITH WARNER/CHAPPELL
“In Rainbows” is the latest Radiohead album. This magnificent album is an album with a difference. Not only was a download of this album made available from the band’s website on a ‘pay-what-you-want’ basis some 3 months prior to the physical release but now the digital rights are available on a ‘one-stop-shop’ basis. This means that to license digital rights in the album there is no need to go anywhere other than Warner/Chappell – no record company or copyright society is involved as Warner/Chappell controls both the publishing and (digital) master rights in the album. Radiohead - We are delighted to announce that RADIOHEAD won the prestigious ALBUM AWARD for ‘IN RAINBOWS’ at the 53rd IVOR NOVELLO AWARDS, which was held at the Grosvenor House in London on 22nd May 2008.

 | THE MERCURY MUSIC PRIZE NOMINATIONS
We are delighted to announce that two Warner/Chappell bands have received nominations for this year’s MERCURY MUSIC PRIZE - RADIOHEAD for IN RAINBOWS and ELBOW for THE SELDOM SEEN KID. The Mercury Music Prize is a critics’ award, which celebrates music across all genres. The ceremony will take place in London on September 9th.

 | RYAN BINGHAM - We are delighted to have signed 25 year old Texas singer/songwriter Ryan Bingham. The deal includes his 2007 major label debut album MESCALITO, which was produced by Marc Ford, former guitarist for the Black Crowes. Ryan will embark on a European tour at the end of June 2008 (details below) to promote this album before returning to the US to begin work on the follow-up. | | |
